Our unique base solution provides a clean, fast, simple and accurate method of conservatory construction. All components are factory finished to the highest standards and are manufactured to suit the value range & come ready assembled.

  • Constructed from high grade Galvanised Steel beams tested and approved for load bearing, fully insulated floor and walls with mineral fibre insulation to BS 3533.
  • Flooring is clad with exterior grade board to BS 7374, the underside has an additional Bitumin layer.
  • Dwarf walls are clad with bitroc to BS 7916. Onto which you fasten the exterior grade Classic style MDF and the internal plain MDF, both of which are primed and undercoated, with the option to be painted the colour of your choice.
  • Purpose designed as a complete package the Bases are manufactured to fit our conservatories perfectly.

All value conservatories have been independently tested by Taylor Woodrow and have passed the most stringent tests to withstand the UK's most extreme weather conditions.

Taylor Woodrow Testing:

  • Snow loading resistance to BS 6399 - TEST PASSED
