• 24mm double glazed units, using 4mm toughened safety glass throughout, (inc any top opening vents) to BS EN 1279 & BS6206A
• Two top opening vents as standard, (402mm standard vent drop), with additional vents available
• Top opening vents have espagnolette locking with shootbolts
• 25mm multi-walled polycarbonate roof sheets
• French doors with two pairs of flag hinges plus intermediates and shootbolt locking.
• French doors supplied left hand opening (viewed from outside), unless otherwise requested.
• Smallest lean-to conservatory supplied with single residential door only
• No transom included (available as an option)
• Rainwater goods including ogee style guttering included
• Door restrictors fitted as standard (FREE OF CHARGE)
• Silicone and flashing kit included (FREE OF CHARGE)
DOOR LOCATIONS: Doors can be positioned on any 3 sides of the conservatory
