This price is for a bespoke conservatory. It is priced up to the dimensions shown in the title- Edwardian full height conservatory 3000mm (d) x 6000mm (w)
i.e. you can purchase any size of conservatory up to and including the dimensions in the product title. If title is 3500mm (w) x 3500mm (d), and you require dimensions of 3430mm (w) x 3460mm (d), this is the correct model. If you require 3650mm (w) x 3629mm (d), you require a larger model.
We require a non refundable £100 deposit to create your bespoke base plan. We then ask you to sign off the plans to accept dimensions etc and take payment in full – (minus the £100 deposit).

If the Product needs to be returned for inspection, please check with us how the item should be returned. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Faulty Products under guarantee will be repaired or replaced. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, fair wear and tear, willful damage, frost, negligence, lightning, the electrical supply, abnormal working conditions, or the incorrect installation by third parties. Please always follow the manufacturer’s installation and aftercare instructions, as not doing so will invalidate the warranty.
