Dear Kevin,

I wanted to follow up my recent phone call to confirm my delight with the conservatory I purchased and the service I have received from yourselves and the delivery service.

The conservatory arrived exactly on time and the delivery men unloaded and put it just where I wanted it . They managed a difficult site quickly and efficiently.

The conservatory itself is of excellent quality. My builder said that he would have expected me to pay twice as much. He also found it logical to erect. We live in the Highlands and he is confident that it is robust enough for our weather and he has said he would recommend you to anyone.

I am thoroughly delighted with my conservatory.
